Workout Music to Motivate – 1; 10 songs

Hello Friends,

It’s difficult to stay motivated to exercise 6 days per week, approximately 1.5 hrs/day, which is my typical routine.  Music is an excellent source of energy and motivation.  I download from itunes and use an ipod shuffle with one playlist of workout music so I am able to easily skip around to different songs which are exclusively for exercise.  It helps to save these songs for workouts so they are fresh and fun.  I have one ipod shuffle dedicated for workouts only.  Below with 42 minutes of heart-thumping music.  Now get moving and SWEAT!
